Mrs. Annie Kate Bryant was born on October 1,1936 to the late Kerey and Annie Elmer Crawl. She was called home to be with the Lord on June 20,2020 at Warms Springs Nursing Home in Warms Springs, GA.
Annie Kate grew up in Harris County. She was the third eldest of twelve siblings. She was a mother figure to her younger siblings and a loving and dedicated grandmother to all of her grandchildren.
She dedicated her life to Christ at a young age at Pilgrim Rest Baptist Church in Raleigh, GA. She entered into holy matrimony to the late Thomas James Bryant Sr. She was preceded in death by her husband, two sons Bobby & Jerry Bryant, a son- in-law Perry McAfee; six brothers, Jessie, King, Joe, Ferice, Mack and Melvin Crawl.
She leaves to cherish her memories to a loving and devoted son, Thomas J. Bryant Jr. (Gwen); two daughters Diane Copeland and Betty Ann McAfee of Shiloh, GA; two brothers, Willie A and Charles Crawl; four sisters, Jimmy Dukes, Lucy Woolfolk, Loree (Wallace) Steed and Shellie (Lawrence) Jones and a sister-in-law Catherine A. Crawl.
She leaves nine loving grandchildren:
Niya Copeland, Niasha (William) Hunt, James Copeland Jr., Nina Copeland, Ashley Bryant, Thomas J. Bryant III, Whitney (Shone) Potts, Perry McAfee Jr., and Dominique McAfee and twenty-one
