Lizzie M. Parker

Sis. Lizzie M. Parker was born September 10, 1917 in Manchester, Georgia to the late Anderson and Mattie Green.

Sis. Lizzie Parker attended Meriwether County Training School in Manchester, Georgia.

She joined Calvary Baptist Church where she was a member of the choir, and she was one of the founding members of the Sunshine Club.

Sis. Lizzie Parker retired from Goody Products.

She was joined in Holy Matrimony to the late Homer Lee Parker Sr.

She was preceded in death by two children: Earnestine Parker and Homer Lee Parker Jr. two sisters: Fannie Owens and Mary Daniels.

She leaves to cherish her loving memory One son: James A. (Dianne) Parker, of Atlanta, GA.; One daughter-in-law: Doris Parker of Buffalo, N.Y.; Four grandchildren: Michelle Parker Peira, Homer Lee Parker III both of Buffalo, N.Y.; Shaneika Bass and Jarvis Griffin both of Atlanta, GA.; She also leaves a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, others relatives and friends.
