Mildred (Bridges) Hardnett a resident of Riverdale, Georgia and daughter of the late Robert Bridges and the late Martha (McCrorey) Bridges was born April 24, 1946 in Columbus Georgia.
She departed this life on Wednesday June 3, 2020.
She accepted Christ at an early age and remained an active and faithful member of the Church throughout her life.
She united in holy matrimony to Onley James Hardnett of Manchester, Georgia.
The eight sisters and brothers who preceded Mildred are: Robert Bridges Jr. of Warm Springs, GA; David Bridges of Warm Springs, GA; Ruth Bridges of Warm Springs, GA; Shirley Whicker (David) of Decatur, GA; Bernice Bridges of Atlanta, GA; Solomon Bridges of Manchester, GA; Roy Bridges of Atlanta, GA and Jerry Bridges of Warm Springs, GA.
The four sisters she leaves to cherish her memories are: Jeanette Hixson (James) of Warm Springs, GA; Vera Bridges of Atlanta, GA; Grace McAfee (Willie) of Manchester, GA and Josephine Walton (Curtis) of Manchester, GA. One aunt Lou Ella (Bridges) Johnson of East Point, GA.
She leaves two devoted sons: Michael James Hardnett of Riverdale, GA and Gary Lewis Hardnett (Jacquelyn) of McDonough, GA.
Three loving grandchildren: Maurice James Hardnett; Aaron Louis Hardnett and Ahna Lanee Hardnett. And a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives and friends.
