Rose Mae Dunlap-Brown was born on October 8, 1953 in Warm Springs, Georgia to the late Lela Mae and the late George Dunlap. She peacefully passed away June 6, 2018 in Mableton, Georgia.
She graduated from Manchester High School in 1973.
She joined in holy matrimony to Larry Brown in 1974 and to this union four children was born.
As the wife of an Army serviceman, she traveled to North Carolina, Oklahoma, Louisiana and all over Europe many times with her family.
She dedicated her life to being a child caregiver not only for her children but for many others and she loved it. She received many awards of appreciation in her career. After her retirement due to health issues, she enjoyed road trips and spending time with her family.
She was nothing short of amazing. She was a devoted wife and an exceptional mother. She was passionate, amazingly sweet and very funny. It was her mission to make everyone around her laugh.
She is preceded in death by her parents; sister, Ammie and sisters-in-law, Vera and Lavern.
She leaves to cherish her memories a loving husband, Larry; four children, Darrell (Melissa) Natalie Lakeisha, Larry Deon Jr. (Stephenie) and Nya.
She is survived by her 12 brothers and sisters Calvin, Ann, Johnny, Melvin, Robert (Darlene) Jackie, Eddie, Tommy, Betty, Ronnie (Linda), Roger (Pearl) and Theresa. She is also survived by her in-laws: James (Clara), Bernice, Deborah, Lois (Kirk) She also leaves a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives that will miss her dearly.
