Shirlene Ellison Durden

Mrs. Shirlene Durden, daughter of the late Laura K. Ellison and Andrew Ellison was born (insert Date) in Talbot County, Georgia. She attended Ruth Carter High School of Talbot.

Sher was united in holy matrimony to Willie James Durden. This union was blessed with five children. James Durden preceded her in death in May 2013.

Mrs. Durden was kind hearted woman who never closed to door to anyone in need. As a result of her generous spirit and pleasant personality, she was loved by many. She quietly departed this life Monday, April 18, 2016 at St. Francis Hospital Columbus, Georgia. She was preceded in death by her father; Andrew Ellison, her mother; Laura K. Ellison, her son; Stanley Turner, her son; Greg Turner, her daughter; Kathleen Turner, her sister; Merdistine Brewer, her brother; Willie Ellison, her brother; Calvin Ellison, her brother; Donnie Ellison.
