Bro. Willie O. Melson was born November 14, 1935 to the late Abe and Bertha Turner Melson.
On July 5, 2017, our heavenly Father called him home to be at rest. He joined St. Paul C.M.E. Church at an early age.
He moved from Shiloh Georgia in 1953 and moved to Washington, D.C. He was a Master Brick Mason until his passing.
He was united in marriage to Carrie D. Grayson Melson on April 15, 1966 in Washington, D C.;
He is proceeded in death by Two brothers: Lester and Charles Melson, and one deceased sister: Bonnie Green
He leaves one loving daughter: Kimberly Renee Melson of Washington,
D.C.; Three grandchildren: Imani Melson, Ishante Melson, and Ilon Melson. Former wife: Carrie D. Melson, Culpeper, VA.; One living sister: Joann Melson Carter.
He also leaves a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends that loved him with all their hearts.
