Yvonne Hardnett was born on May 24, 1951 to Eddie Lee Ellison and Virginia Nell Marshall. She was called home on September 12th, 2016 at Saddleback Memorial Medical Center, 24451 Health Center Drive, Laguna Hills, CA 92653.
She accepted Christ at an early age of 12 years old. She attended and graduated from Meriwether County Training School (MCT). She was employed at Playtex International. She later worked as Manager of Payless Shoe Store and Magic City Mini Market in Manchester, GA.
She was united in holy matrimony to the late Willie Lee Hardnett and to this union two children were born.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Willie Lee Hardnett.
She leaves to cherish her memories two Children: Derrick Hardnett (Tamecca) of Peachtree City, GA and Dexter Hardnett of Manchester, GA. Seven grandchildren, Charderrickia, Tybrisha, Alexius, K'Variah, Jamirah, Arianna, Kha'ziya. Three great grandchildren. Cai'dan, Cai', and Cali Ellison. A loving Mother Virginia Prather Owens of Manchester, Ga; A father Eddie Lee Ellison of Carrollton, GA; Five Brothers: Willie (Gnita) Prather of San Antonio, Texas, Timothy (Latonga) Prather, Foothill Ranch, CA; Gary (Patricia) Prather of LaGrange, GA; Roderic (Linda) Prather of Woodbury, GA; Marvin Gray of LaGrange, GA. A Loving Sister: Gloria Ellison Atlanta, GA. Brother in law. Primus (Jacqueline) Hardnett of Shiloh, GA. Sister in law. Lula (James) Turner of Ellenwood, GA. She leaves her three loving and devoted best friends Linda Mahone, Dorothy Holmes and Michele Daughtery and a host of family and friends who will miss her dearly.
